When using trackzi your location will be stored together with your nickname continously via GPS. Additionaly we store your IP-Adress. We use your IP-Adress as the only mechanism to know where our users are coming from.
We use your location information to be displayed on our website if you share your random nickname through any kind of messaging system (email, social networks etc.)
After 30 days we automatically delete your location data.
We do not store any personal information of any kind except your IP-Adress, Device Information (Mobile Device Brand and Type) and Location Data when the device is switched on.
We never sell, share or transmit your personal data to any other company or organisation except for the explicit purpose of providing the trackzi service. In other words, we don't sell your data to other people to do whatever they want with.
Nobody is able to access any information you share (IP-Adress, Device Information). If you share your unique link the receiver is able to see all of your location data. If somebody does not have this unique link he is not able to view your location data.
You can delete at any time all of your location data through the app. The deletion removes all of your data in our systems.
We also do not use any analytics tool or use any cookies.
The data that we collect from you are stored on secure servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest in our servers.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the trackzi App; any transmission is at your own risk.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
